น้ำมันคอมเพรสเซอร์สำหรับเครื่องทำความเย็น ไม่เป็นไข (WAX) ISO 32, 46, 68
OLIUM 111 HAS THESE SPECIAL FEATURES: • Ultra low Haze and floc temperatures to resist separation at low operating temperatures. • Special additives to enhance the natural high resistance of OLIUM 111 to oxidation, and to prevent and rust. • Special from suppressors to minimize foaming in hing compressors. • Unique formulation Virtually eliminates the formation of all deposits and keeps expansion value and orifice passages clean. This allows maximum efficiency to be maintained under adverse conditions. • Special refining process enables removal of all wax in OLIUM 111 and thus eliminates the danger of lubricant becoming solid and blocking Oilways and orifice passages at low operating temperatures. OLIUM 111 is wax free. • OLIUM 111 has nil water content and high dielectric value which prevents formation of ice in the refrigerant system thus maintaining peak efficiency. • Suitable for all types of refrigerants e.g. freons, propane, carrene, Ammonia, Carbon Dioxide, Sulphur Dioxide, Nitrogen, inert gas, etc. |
OLIUM 111 HAS BEEN DEVELOPED THROUGH EXHAUSTIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE THEHIGHEST PERFORMANCE IN THE LUBRICATION OF TODAY’SULTRA LOW TEMPERATURE REFIGERATION SYSTEMS. |
Refrigeration is derived from the cooling effect produced by the expansion and evaporation of a suitable refrigerant. The refrigerant is compressed by a refrigerating compressor for which a special refrigeration lubricant is required. OLIUM 111 has been specially designed for this purpose. The requirements of lubricating oils for refrigeration machinery are similar to those of a normal compressor in that a small amount of lubricant must be consumed. However, in normal compressor lubrication the compressed gas is usually air or some inert gas which does not affect the lubricant. Lubrication of refrigeration compressors is somewhat more complex in that the material compressed is sometimes affected by the lubricant or the lubricant can be affected by the refrigerant. The primary functions if a refrigerator oil are to lubricate and not form deposits near the expansion valve which would obviously retard the evaporation rate and reduce refrigeration efficiency. The lubricant must also possess efficient sealing properties to prevent leakage of the refrigerant past the piston and then to the atmosphere. It is unavoidable that a small amount of lubricant will come into contact with the refrigerant and hence must be capable of withstanding both the extremely cold refrigeration temperatures as well as the hot discharge temperature. OLIUM 111 has been specially developed to withstand all severe operating conditions present in today’s ultra low temperature-high performance refrigeration compressors. |
