OLIUM 101ATF is a high heat resistant automatic transmission fluid with a wide variety of built-in safety and cost saving benefits.

TEMPERATURE STABLE

OLIUM 101ATF has a built in heat resistance of up to 176’C. This provides the essential safety margin that prevents equipment malfunction and promotes long-term safety.

POWER TRANSMISSION

OLIUM 101ATF not only performs as the transmitting hydraulic medium, but also keeps equipment cool and lubricated.
This phenomena is brought about by the inclusion of cyclohexane (C6H12). Cyclohexane has a molecular weight of only 84.16 and a desity of 799 p/Kgm-3
This provides a positive inverted heat transferrance with a change on combustion or, during the extreme temperature, high activity.
This ability to absorb heat and convert it to free energy is a characteristic of OLIUM 101ATF.
The conversion takes place only above 176 ํC. During the dissipation of heat energy, the molecular structure-remains constant and unchanged. The pressure transferrance is then carried through with minimal energy usage.

PREVENTS SLUDGE FORMATION

OLIUM 101ATF is a naturally high purity fluid. It does not contain the heavy waxes of Napthenics or Asphaltics and therefore cannot form heavy sludges and carbon solids.
This ensures that the system, the clutch plates and the seals remain clean and functioning is all times. Sludge drag, gum scoring and varnish deviation is eliminated.
INCREASED USAGEW here as the ordinary fluid currently use for power transmission is chang: ed on a regular basis, OLIUM 101ATF can be used for up to 100,000 Kms without renewal

OXIDATION RESISTANCE

OLIUM 101ATF is completely oxidation resistant and prevents corrosion, rust and the formation of surface scale.

CLIMATICALLY STABLE

OLIUM 101ATF is equally as efficient in the winter as it is in the summer. Its high viscosity provides the temperature stability essential to good automatic transmission
