OLIUM 699 Synthetic oven chain lubricant is a supreme synthetic high temperature lubricant designed specifically for lubrication of hot conveyor chains in drying ovens and similar severe applications. This product is formulated using a carefully balanced blend of synthesized hydrocarbon polyalphaolefins (PAO) fluids and ester base fluids plus very effective anti-wear additives. Compared to mineral and conventional chain lubricants, synthetic oven chain lubricant reduces carbon build-up and extends cleaning intervals.

OLIUM 699 is a viscosity stable, fine film, high strength lubricant developed for maximum lubrication protection of slide way, roller, bushing, and cable. It is made from the finest base oils and blended for long term protection.

Synthetic oven chain lubricant is used in all tough, high temperature chain applications. The lubricant can be used in painted over operations because there is no silicone to contaminate components prior to painting and to cause fish-eye imperfections in the paint surface.

RESISTS RUST AND CORROSION:

OLIUM 699 contains specially developed, highly micronized interferics which are part metal and form a self-lubricating ‘skin’ over bearings and fill in any surface discrepancies. The base minetal oil forms the hydrodynamic ‘wedge’ between friction surfaces and, with the inclusion of anti-oxidants, positively resists corrosion. This extends equipment life by many years.

SUPERIOR LUBRICITY:

OLIUM 699 has such a high degree of lubricity that after the initial application, the potential wedge components become self-lubricating. This aspect means that equipment can be left to run itself for many hours without the need for constant checking.
